ShopGems Online (operating name SHOPGEMS, GSTIN 07AKQPG3918F1Z3) is an independent, authorised reseller of biometric, Aadhaar, POS and access-control technology, based in New Delhi and serving customers across India since 2018.
Our story
ShopGems started in 2018 as a small counter selling fingerprint scanners to CSC (Common Service Centre) operators in South Delhi. In the years since, we have grown into a nationwide supplier serving banks, insurance BC agents, government departments, schools, hospitals, retail chains and thousands of individual entrepreneurs. Our focus has always been the same: genuine devices, honest pricing, a proper GST invoice, and support that actually picks up the phone.
