These Terms & Conditions govern your use of shopgems.online (the "Website") operated by SHOPGEMS (GSTIN 07AKQPG3918F1Z3), Building No. 135, Basement, Street No. 54T, Molarband, New Delhi 110044. By accessing or using the Website you agree to be bound by these terms.

Eligibility: you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to place an order.

Account: you are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

Product information: we make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately. Colours, packaging and minor specifications may vary from images shown. Third-party brand names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

Pricing and taxes: all prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. A valid GST tax invoice is issued for every order.

Payment: payments are processed by third-party gateways. Orders are dispatched only after successful payment authorisation. In case of payment failure or reversal, the order stands cancelled.

Shipping and returns: governed by our Shipping Policy and Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy linked in the footer.

Warranty: warranty is provided by the original manufacturer for the period stated on the product page. ShopGems Online acts as an authorised reseller and coordinates warranty claims but does not itself manufacture the products.

Prohibited use: you agree not to (a) resell products in a manner that violates the manufacturer's authorised-reseller policies, (b) use the Website for any unlawful purpose, (c) reverse-engineer or copy any part of the Website or its content, or (d) upload malicious code.

Intellectual property: all content on this Website — including logos, images, text, and product descriptions authored by us — is the property of SHOPGEMS and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of liability: to the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.

Indemnity: you agree to indemnify SHOPGEMS against any loss arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Website.

Force majeure: we are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, strikes, courier failure or government action.

Governing law and jurisdiction: these terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.
